Hi, I’m Tracey Martin.

I’m a Certified Nutritionist with a passion for empowering you to embrace a healthier, more balanced life through a holistic approach to wellness.

My education and experience have shaped my holistic approach to nutrition, emphasizing not only what we eat, but also how we relate to food and ourselves. I earned a Master’s in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology from Bastyr University, a renowned leader in natural health, where I received training in both nutrition and mental health counseling. Prior to this, I completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Washington, which laid the foundation for my deep understanding of the mind-body connection. With expertise in both nutrition and mental health, I take an integrative, functional approach to wellness, focusing on the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being.
